Luteal phase support medications were started and after two weeks B- hCG came significantly positive. USG confirmed twin pregnancy. Antenatal period was uneventful. At 31 plus weeks of gestation she had history of P/V leakage with sudden onset of abdominal pain intermittently followed by hardening of uterus. On examination, USG showed 8cm of Amniotic Fluid Index with ongoing P/V leakage alarming risk to the babies. LSCS was done with the outcome of 1.4 kg male baby and 1.6 kg female baby.
